The following terms apply to your participation in the Jubilee Scholars LLC dba. Jubilee Scholars (“Jubilee Scholars” or “we”) Referral Program (“Program”) by visiting Jubilee Scholars website (“Website”) at https://www.jubileescholars.org/get-involved  or https://www.jubileescholars.org/contact-us  or Spaces by Wix app page or by being an employee/contractor of Jubilee Scholars.

By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms, under the "Referral Program Terms and Conditions" of Jubilee Scholars.

We may, from time to time, offer Jubilee Scholars supporters the opportunity to earn rewards by referring friends or businesses to Jubilee Scholars. We reserve the right to terminate this program at any time for any reason. Participation in the Program may require users to submit personal information about themselves and their friends, such as name and email address. By participating in our Program, users agree to receive communications from Jubilee Scholars, and/or from our partners that operate and maintain the Program, with regards to participation in the Program. The following guidelines shall apply to a user’s participation in any Jubilee Scholars Referral program. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a Referrer or to participate in the Referral Program in any manner.

1) Who can participate?

 

You must join the Referral Program at https://www.jubileescholars.org/get-involved or https://www.jubileescholars.org/contact-us or Spaces by Wix app page or be an employee/contractor of Jubilee Scholars. You must have a PayPal account (non-employees/contractors) or Direct Deposit (employees/contractors only), create a referral code using the "Join the Referral Program" form (non-employees/contractors) or be assigned an employee/contractor referral code (employees/contractors only), and accept your referral compensation in USD. Users may not participate in a Referral Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.

2) What is a Qualified Referral?

Subject to the sole discretion of Jubilee Scholars, you may earn USD sent to your PayPal (non-employees/contractors) or Direct Deposit (employees/contractors only) account for each Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined by the following:

A) The Person Referred (“Friend”) or Entity Referred ("Business") must make an approved General Project Request and pay the first payment invoice; or Friend or Business must make an approved PMO Project Request and pay the first payment invoice.

B) Friend or Business must not cancel Services before the first milestone payment or 2-weeks payment (CA residents).

C) Only one Qualified Referral can be earned for each Friend or Business.

 

3) What methods can you use to send referrals to Jubilee Scholars?

A. Share on your social networks

B. Email a referral with your referral code

C. Word of mouth and mention your referral code

D. Make a Referral and include your referral code & details of the person/business being referred, using the "Contact Us" on the Jubilee Scholars website

E. Add links to your website with your referral code

F. SMS Message with your referral code

G. Creative marketing without the use of our logo

(Jubilee Scholars does not allow the use of paid search campaigns that include any logo of Jubilee Scholars.)

4) Earning and Fulfillment of Rewards

Reward fulfillment shall be governed by the following:

A) Referrer will receive one $10 USD reward for each Qualified General Project Request Referral that pays the agreed amount at the agreed first project milestone or 2-weeks payment (CA residents).

B) Referrer will receive one $50 USD reward for each Qualified PMO Project Request Referral that pays the agreed amount at the agreed first project milestone or 2-weeks payment (CA residents).

C) Friend or Business can not request a refund for services rendered before the first milestone payment or 2-weeks payment (CA residents).

D) Referrer will be notified by email within two weeks of a determined Qualified Referral.

E) Rewards will be paid via PayPal (non-employees/contractors) or Direct Deposit (employees/contractors only) being classified as a "Referral Bonus"

F) No fraudulent activity, or illegal participation.

G) Jubilee Scholars reserves the right to void referrals and rewards earned if we suspect that they were earned in a fraudulent manner, in a manner that violates these terms, or in a manner otherwise not intended by Jubilee Scholars. Likewise, you agree that you will not participate in this Program in a threatening, abusive, illegal, or inhumane manner.

 

5) We will send you emails about the Program

You may receive emails about this Program, including an email each time one of your friends or business referrals become a qualified referral, and when that transaction is confirmed by Jubilee Scholars.

6) You release us from liability

 

By participating in the Program, you agree that Jubilee Scholars will have no liability and that you will indemnify and hold Jubilee Scholars harmless for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to you or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of your participation in the Program. You will not settle any claim without the prior written consent of Jubilee Scholars. Further, you agree that Jubilee Scholars is not responsible for faulty referral codes, any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, order processing, or communication; technical or mechanical malfunctions; errors in these terms, in any Program-related materials; human-processing error; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; damage to your equipment, computer hardware or software, or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, or otherwise.

7) Program changes

 

We reserve the right to change or cancel the Program at any time, without notice. We reserve the right to modify or amend these guidelines and the methods through which rewards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify a user at any time from participation in the Program if they do not comply with these guidelines. All information collected from a user in the Program will be subject to the Jubilee Scholars Privacy Policy.
