What is Jubilee Scholars?

Jubilee Scholars is a remote multidisciplinary project-based consulting firm that specializes in mobilizing a global workforce of contingent workers and freelancers to manage and execute project-based initiatives for both public and private sector clients. We provide project services remotely, locally, or by traveling.

The name 'Jubilee' originated from the Torah, spelled 'jubile' and was added to The Holy Bible; being associated with social justice. The name 'Scholars' is mentioned in regard to 'specialists' not 'scholarship recipients.'

2021

Jubilee Scholars started as a sole proprietorship by the founder, Quatrella Savage.

2024

Jubilee Scholars became Jubilee Scholars LLC, dba. Jubilee Scholars and S-Corp with a remote global team, headquartered in Fort Myers, FL.

2025

Our remote Project Management Office (PMO) has capabilities of matching professional individuals to projects and customizing internal and outsourced teams to be mobilized for team-based projects. Make a PMO Project Request today.

Do you charge a fee for making a project request?

No, you can make free project requests. After a project request is approved, then a deposit fee is invoiced to individuals (business entities, government, and churches are exempt) and then all project requests are invoiced project fees, travel fees (if applicable), and applicable taxes at the agreed milestone or 2-weeks payment schedule (for California residents). How can military persons, veterans, seniors, and the disabled show ID proof
to receive the 10% discount on project fees?

Military, veterans, seniors, and disabled persons can receive a 10% discount on their project fees from Professional Freelancer or PMO Services by showing valid proof of ID, after their project request is approved. They would then need to schedule a virtual appointment by either clicking on the "Schedule a Virtual Appointment" button or "Contact Us" and sharing their availability for a virtual meeting to simply visually verify their applicable ID with our Finance Office. The 10% discount will then be applied to their project fees.

How do I work with one of your professionals?

For a General Project Request, a Project Leader is assigned based upon their specialty, skills, and availability to complete the project. For a PMO Project Request, the Program Director or PMO Director will be the Project Leader overseeing the assigned project team member(s) and/or the whole project. You can also request a specific Professional Freelancer or PMO personnel by name. For a Travel Advisor Request, simply Contact Us. You will be assigned to a Travel Advisor for third-party travel booking. Our Project Coordinator assists in facilitation of all services.
